In my work as a private chef and recipe developer, I've always used creative solutions to accommodate dietary restrictions while making tasty, exciting dishes that leave the palates of my discerning clients from feeling deprived.

In 2009, I found out from my doctors that I have Celiac Disease. I'm in my twenties and I am constantly entertaining for my own friends and family and so the challenge of creating gluten-free foods everyone will love is personal to me.
