Light and Easy Creamed Spinach

Creamed spinach is one of my favorite comfort foods, unfortunately it’s super high in fat and calories. I developed this version because it’s not only super light, it’s also extremely quick to make!

With only 100 calories per serving, and less than 4 grams of fat, you’ll be indulging and keeping your New Year’s Resolution. What could be better?
