Don’t Let Sides Be an Afterthought

It’s a Thursday night, you’re having the week from hell and you’re starving. You want to keep dinner healthy and delicious, but with very little effort. Typically, your side might just be some steamed broccoli tossed with olive oil and salt. That’s great, but this time you deserve more. With a couple simple ingredients, you can make tonight’s side a standout.

Toss this Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan and Lemon into the oven first, and tend to the rest of the meal while it roasts. You’ll have dinner on the table in half an hour and you will be thankful you aren’t having the same-old.
