I’m not so into football, so for me, the Superbowl is a great excuse to get friends together, have a few drinks, and have a great party. Unfortunately, the finger foods and dips are usually full of fat and calories. Just 4 buffalo wings have about 350 calories and 24 grams of fat!!!
Next Sunday I’m headed to my friend’s house in Brooklyn for a Superbowl party and that got me thinking. What can I bring that will keep me on track with a healthy diet and still be a crowd-pleaser?
So, I’ve combined my two favorites, Buffalo wings and potato skins, for a hearty, but healthier take on the classic football fare.
