Honey Butter Popcorn with Pumpkin Spice

It’s holiday time, and I am craving that sweet pumpkin spice that seems to be everywhere now. It’s great in lattes, cookies, muffins, and of course, pie. Unfortunately, all of these yummy things send a healthy diet way off track. What if you could have a smarter snack that is sweet, salty, crunchy, and spicy–all the things you crave?
