No-Bake Rocky Road Almond Butter Balls

My current client is a professional athlete, and I’m always looking for yummy treats that are packed with protein that he can take with him to games and on the road. Almond butter is a great natural source of protein. I’ve tweaked this recipe just a bit to make it more decadent and dessert-like by adding marshmallows and chocolate chips, but you can leave those out, or replace them with dried fruit for a healthier take on this easy, no-bake cookie-like treat.
