It’s traditional to give candy on Valentine’s Day, but it is even more special when it’s handmade. This year, skip the stores and give your love handmade chocolates. You’ll be so surprised how quick chocolate bark is to make, and with yummy flavor combinations like bittersweet chocolate, chiles, and roasted nuts, you’re sure to heat up a chilly February 14th!

Sweets for your Sweet: Milk Chocolate Pistachio Bark with Dried Fruit and Vanilla.

Something Spicy for your Hottie: Bittersweet Chocolate Nut Bark with Chiles and Cinnamon.

I made both of these. Thanks for the recipes, Liv! They were both stupendous, but my fave is the bittersweet because I love spicy chocolate! I will make these for my grandchildren when they visit next weekend.
