Tea Time

This afternoon I had my dear friend Jerry over for a visit. For a quick nibble, I made yummy finger sandwiches on buttermilk biscuits. While the biscuits were baking, I brewed fruity teas and tisanes.


They are great iced on a warm spring day, or served hot on a chilly evening, and they make the perfect accompaniment for your afternoon snack.

Biscuits and Tea, My Way:

Super easy and fun to make, you’ll look like a hero when you pull these Gluten-Free Buttermilk Biscuits out of the oven and make warm sandwiches with fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, and proscuitto or smoked salmon and scallion cream cheese!
