Dessert Rehab

When I first found out I had Celiac Disease, I went on a bit of a bender. I went to my favorite Italian trattoria with my friends Melissa and Harry, and ate all of the foods I shouldn’t… I had pasta carbonara, beer, bruschetta, and a giant piece of delicious tiramisu for dessert.
Of course, afterwards I felt terrible, and I’ve never done anything like that again because looking back now, I could have replicated that entire meal gluten-free! Here’s my recipe for Tiramisu rehabilitated with packaged gluten-free lady fingers!
