Hi Liv, I’ve carried a CD diagnosis for over 16 yrs now. I’m so glad you got a diagnosis and are feeling better. It can take sooooo long. I’m anxious to look at your recipes. And, knew, eventually, a really well trained chef would write this book. I’m off to buy it and anxiously awaiting the next one! Hopefully, in the 2nd, you can dedicate all the space to recipes with fresh, natural ingredients and meal planning suggestions. For so long, the GF cook books justifyably emphasized baked goods. This diet is so much more than that. Best wishes and congrats, MCK
