A tea that’s as delicious as it is good for you! Cranberries and green tea are full of antioxidants and ginger is great for digestion. It’s great hot or over ice.

4 cups cold water
2-inch piece of ginger, sliced
3 green tea bags
1 cup 100% cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail)
3 tablespoons honey

1. Place the water and ginger into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. Remove from heat and add the green tea bags. Steep the tea 3-4 minutes then remove the tea bags.

3. Add the cranberry juice and honey and return to heat. Stir to dissolve the honey, then when the tea is hot, pour into mugs.
