This cashew milk is thick and rich like a milkshake. It’s made with matcha, a green tea powder made from the whole leaf of the tea, meaning extra antioxidants and lots of flavor. Try this with almonds too!
1 cup raw cashews
4 cups filtered water
2 tablespoon agave
3/4 teaspoon matcha powder
1. Soak the cashews in water overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Place the soaked cashews and water into a blender, along with the agave and matcha powder and blend until smooth and creamy. I don’t strain my cashew milk, but feel free to pour through a fine mesh strainer, if desired.
