No Sugar Added Pink Lemonade
Serves 4

I love that this lemonade is made simply with fruits and vegetables and nothing more. If you’re in the market for a juicer but don’t want to spend big bucks, search online for a refurbished model for about half the price!

1 English cucumber
2 medium sized lemons
3 medium sized apples
1-inch piece of red beet
lemon slices for garnish

1. Wash all of the ingredients carefully. Push the cucumber, lemons, apples, and beet through the juicer into a pitcher. Let the juice sit for 2-3 minutes so that the foam rises to the top and gets clear.

2. Slowly pour the lemonade into 4 tall glasses, avoiding getting the foam into the glasses. Add ice cubes and lemon slices to each glass and serve.

  • Naughty Version:

Follow the instructions to make the lemonade, but add one ounce of vodka to each glass. Stir carefully and serve.
